1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the panas77 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on panas77. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Payments

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, panas77 will request supporting documentation to verify an alternative withdrawal channel.

Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete and approved.
2. You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds subject to a promotional bonus.
3. Your deposit must have been turned over at least once in real-money gameplay.
4. No pending security review or fraud investigation is attached to your account.

1. Bets are final and binding once confirmed. No cancellation is permitted after confirmation except where explicitly allowed by specific game rules or where panas77 has identified a manifest error.
2. In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game outcomes (including technical errors), panas77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.

4. Winnings will be credited to your account balance upon official settlement of the relevant event or game round.
5. For sports markets including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UFC, and international cricket, settlement is based on official competition results as published by the relevant governing body.
6. In-play (live) bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time it was submitted, in the event of latency or connectivity issues.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the panas77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic or promotional restrictions, or structuring deposits to repeatedly trigger welcome offers.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate payments without prior notification and resolution through panas77 support channels.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with panas77 support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without appropriate legal standing to do so.

9. Privacy & Data
